Hussain Sajwani attained his Degree from the University of Washington, after which he began his career at the GASCO company as a contracts manager. Shortly afterward, he launched his catering venture in 1982. In the mid-1990’s Sajwani built numerous hotels that accommodated several people who came to the Emirates to do trade and business. In 2002, Sajwani identified a market opportunity and launched DAMAC properties.
